If your enquiry is urgent, please include this in your message and we will endeavour to respond to you as quickly as we can, even outside of business hours.

We recognise that many of the matters discussed in consultancy or coaching settings are commercially sensitive and we take every measure to protect the privacy of our clients and their organisations. Our standard terms of service include provisions protecting clients by ensuring we do not disclose any information about clients without their written permission except where required by law or a regulatory body, or where the information is already in the public domain. In addition to this, we are always happy to sign non-disclosure agreements specific to each client. 

Our work is usually conducted remotely, allowing us to work effectively, rapidly and cost-efficiently across regions.

In‑person meetings are also often possible and can be arranged at client offices, our offices or other agreed locations.

We adapt our scheduling to accommodate clients in different time zones, and we are experienced in coordinating projects that involve multiple teams in different locations.
